Rules for Registration charges

• Candidates are advised to visit our website regularly for updates.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in conference proceedings and extended version of papers in journals and the registration fee is non-refundable once paid.
• After making the payment, kindly email the details of the payment at  pdc2024.unipune@gmail.com with Payment Id and Paper Id (for authors only).
• Virtual presentations may be considered if the candidate has a valid reason. Request for a virtual presentation can be made by sending an email request at pdc2024.unipune@gmail.com and approval is subject to the decision of the scientific committee.
• Candidates who wish to attend the conference should register for “Attendees or students” category separately.
• The registration fee is inclusive of all the charges of presenting the paper in the conference and publishing the paper in proceedings of PD2024, but the journal publication charges of the selected and extended papers may be extra and will be communicated to the respective candidates.
